As a Marketing & Business Development Officer, you will work closely with the Brand & Partnerships Manager to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital engagement, and generate leads. Qualifications and Skills

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and distribute digital content across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Participate in activations, roadshows, and community outreach programs to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports for management review.
• Generate and follow up on leads for products such as salary-backed loans, SME financing, solar solutions, and motorbikes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders to support acquisition and retention.
• Assist in identifying and developing partnerships with SMEs, institutions, and community groups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
• Represent Panda Africa at marketing events and stakeholder engagements.
