Job Summary

Bienvenue Private Security Ltd is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Personnel to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase the company's brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's security services through both digital and traditional marketing channels while maintaining a strong and professional corporate image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Promote Bienvenue Private Security Ltd's security services through digital, print, radio, television, and outdoor advertising platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts and regularly create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and update the company website and online business profiles with relevant and accurate information.
  • Design and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and awareness programs.
  • Produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, company profiles, presentations, newsletters, and promotional merchandise.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to convert prospects into clients.
  • Coordinate the company's participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, advertising agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare press releases, public relations materials, and corporate communications when required.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials comply with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Promote a positive image of Bienvenue Private Security Ltd and uphold the company's values and professional standards.

  • Growth in brand awareness and market visibility.
  • Number of qualified marketing leads generated.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  • Experience in the security, insurance, facilities management, or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong marketing strategy and campaign planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Social media management and digital marketing expertise.
  • Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software will be an added advantage.
