PROJECT SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANTS

ZCSMBA – ZAMSHINE Product Distribution Project

The Zambia China Small and Medium Business Association (ZCSMBA), in partnership with ZAMSHINE, is inviting applications from dynamic, energetic and ambitious young people to join an exciting product distribution and market expansion project in Lusaka.

This opportunity is ideal for young graduates, school leavers and entrepreneurial youths with strong passion for marketing, sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market ZAMSHINE products to businesses and consumers
• Identify and recruit new customers and distribution outlets
• Conduct field marketing and product awareness activities
• Support sales activation campaigns and customer engagement
• Maintain good relationships with clients and retailers
• Prepare basic sales and market feedback reports
• Support digital and social media marketing activities where applicable

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate minimum
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field is an added advantage
• School leavers with strong sales ability are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage but is not mandatory
