JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with about one - two years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and spend time out in the field promoting our brand directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and run outdoor promotional activations and campaigns
- Engage directly with customers and communities to promote our products and services
- Carry out field work, including market visits, product demonstrations, and distribution of promotional materials
- Support the marketing team with planning, reporting, and campaign follow-up
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve our marketing efforts
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration (or a related field)
- Recent graduate or a maximum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in outdoor promotions or brand activations
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability and willingness to do regular field work
- Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and people skills
