Job Title: Mass Segments Analyst
This function is responsible for managing Mass Customers. Under the supervision of the Manager Data and Segments, below are the Key Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer behaviour, usage, and revenue trends to identify opportunities for growth in voice and data services;
- Track and report on key segment performance metrics including ARPU, MoU, data usage, churn, subscriber growth, and campaign ROI;
- Support the development and evaluation of mass market propositions, promotions, and bundles through insight-driven analysis;
- Conduct post-campaign performance reviews and provide recommendations for optimization;
- Maintain dashboards and reports on competitive activity, pricing trends, and market performance;
- Collaborate with Product, Pricing, CVM, and IT teams to align offers and campaigns to MTN Zambia’s strategic priorities;
- Provide customer insights that enhance retention, drive usage, and increase market share;
- Identify micro-segment opportunities to improve offer targeting and effectiveness;
- Support initiatives that improve customer experience and brand perception;
- Prepare regular/ad hoc performance reports, summaries, and presentations for management decision-making;
- Any other responsibilities or tasks as maybe assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
- First degree in marketing or any other Business/Commerce related degree;
- 3 years Marketing experience within an FMCG or Advertising / Communications Industry.a
