Responsibilities or duties
- Monitor daily material movement targets and communicate progress to the Depot Clerk.
- Ensure all materials and supplies are maintained at correct stock levels for all required brands, packs, or production lines.
- Ensure all handling, storage, and availability targets are achieved in the work area.
- Conduct routine checks and movements of materials to and from designated storage or production areas.
- Provide quality support services to production teams and other internal customers.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with supervisors, machine operators, and other team members.
- Provide timely feedback to supervisors on material shortages, damages, or any operational concerns.
- Respond promptly to requests for materials and assist coworkers when required.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for material movement is completed and available (e.g., stock sheets, movement logs).
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate in any field
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Honest, sober-minded, and reliable
- Customer-service attitude toward internal teams (production, packaging, etc.)

Experience in Months: 12
