General Job Responsibilities (vary by role):
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently and in accordance with set operational standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality in the workplace
- Operate machinery, tools, or equipment relevant to the role
- Ensure timely reporting and communication with supervisors or team leaders
- Support team coordination and contribute to overall productivity
- Maintain accurate records or data where required
- Comply with company policies, health and safety guidelines, and industry regulations
General Requirements (role-specific requirements may apply):
- Full Grade 12 Certificate (Minimum)
- Relevant trade certificate, diploma, or degree depending on the position
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
- Willingness to work shifts or weekends depending on operational needs
Install GPS tracking devices in vehicles according to company standards Conduct site surveys to determine installation requirements Troubleshoot and repair GPS tracking devices and associated electrical systems Perform routine maintenance and updates on existing installations Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations Requirements: Diploma in Auto Electrical or related field At least 2 years of experience in auto electrical installations and repairs Experience with GPS tracking systems and devices (is highly an advantage) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license (optional)
