Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our operations/maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing technical support for fixed plant machinery, assisting with reliability improvements, and contributing to engineering projects aimed at optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate).
• Basic understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and materials science.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Assist in the design, specification, and installation of mechanical equipment (pumps, conveyors, crushers).
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the maintenance planning team by developing preventative maintenance strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
