MECHANICAL FITTER – Katuba Plant

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain all mechanical equipment including pumps, conveyors, crushers, and mills.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Align and install new machinery and mechanical components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Complete detailed maintenance logs and report any recurring mechanical faults to the supervisor.

General Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• At least a Craft Certificate in your discipline
•  At least 2 years experience will be an added advantage
• Registration with Engineering Institute of Zambia [EIZ] is an added advantage
•  Resident of Katuba, Chibombo is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
