JOB DETAILS:

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanics Lecturer to deliver practical and theory lessons in Automotive Engineering, support students in developing technical skills, and help them prepare for the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging practical and theory lessons in Automotive Engineering.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records in line with TEVETA requirements.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
• Promote safety, discipline, and professional conduct in the workshop.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Craft Certificate in Automotive Engineering (or higher).
• Teaching Methodology qualification OR willingness to undertake training.
• Strong technical knowledge in automotive systems, repair, and maintenance.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.

Desirable

• Diploma or higher in Automotive Engineering.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Familiarity with TEVETA requirements.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
