Medcop-Hilltop Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Medical Laboratory Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and timely
• Collect, process, and analyze patient samples in accordance with standard procedures
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
• Adhere to laboratory safety, quality assurance, and infection prevention standards
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient diagnosis and treatment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ)
• Valid practicing license
• Minimum of 2–3 years relevant work experience (added advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Good communication and ethical conduct
