ROLE PURPOSE

Unifi is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join its team as a Meet and Greeter for the Mpika Branch.

The core responsibility of this role is to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees entering the premises.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

The Meet and Greeter will serve as the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive impression of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide information about the organization and answer general enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness.
• A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
