Role Purpose
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Meet and Greeter for our Mansa Branch. The core responsibility of this role is to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees entering our premises. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Meet and Greeter will serve as the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients
- Ensure client information is easily accessible via brochures .
- Provide helpful input to the team.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and keep up with the latest trends in the business.
- Make the branch a warm and welcoming place for all clients
- Manage the flow of clients, ensuring an organized and client process
- Guide clients on how to use Queue system, Uniapp and WhatsApp
- Answer general inquiries about Unifi services and products
- Address any concerns promptly to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Uphold customer service levels we pride ourselves on.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage
- Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset

Level of Education: associate degree
