Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Metallurgist – Metal Accounting & Data Analysis to join our Technical Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate metal accounting, production reporting, and data analytics across metallurgical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end metal accounting and reconciliation
• Collect, validate, and analyze plant data to identify operational trends
• Develop reports and dashboards for production and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and recoveries
• Support auditing processes and compliance with industry standards
• Train and mentor junior metallurgical staff on reporting tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mining/metallurgical plant
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and metallurgical databases
• Familiarity with AMIRA P754 metal accounting standard is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Level of Education: bachelor degree
