Mumbwa District Women Association is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO), which works across the District of Mumbwa. The organization is looking for suitably qualified, vibrant and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions;
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Monitoring and Evaluation officer to join our team in Mumbwa District as M& E officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness and impact of our programs.
Key Responsibilities;
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and implement M&E framework plans and indictors
- Design data collection tools and methodologies
- Conduct data analysis and reporting
- Monitor project activities and progress
- Technical support and capacity building
- support staff orientation and participate in building capacity for project staff through couching and mentoring for increased/ enhanced competency.
Attributes;
- Excellent analytical / problem solving skills and detail orientation
- Ability to design M& E tools, surveys, surveillance systems and evaluations
- Demonstrate ability to build capacity of Mumbwa District Women Association and local partners
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in word and excel and power point
- Ability to adapt in different work environment: office based and fieldwork( rural and peri-urban)
