Background

Mumbwa District Women Association is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO), which works across the District of Mumbwa. The organization is looking for suitably qualified, vibrant and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions;

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Monitoring and Evaluation officer to join our team in Mumbwa District as M& E officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness and impact of our programs.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Develop and implement M&E framework plans and indictors
  • Design data collection tools and methodologies
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting
  • Monitor project activities and progress
  • Technical support and capacity building
  • support staff orientation and participate in building capacity for project staff through couching and mentoring for increased/ enhanced competency.

Attributes;

  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to design M& E tools, surveys, surveillance systems and evaluations
  • Demonstrate ability to build capacity of Mumbwa District Women Association and local partners
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in word and excel and power point
  • Ability to adapt in different work environment: office based and fieldwork( rural and peri-urban)
