JOB DETAILS:

Locations: Lusaka and Kalumbila

The Ministry, funded by a World Bank IDA 20 grant, is implementing the ZRHCP to enhance social and economic inclusion for refugees, former refugees, and host communities. Five positions are open:

1. Project Coordinator (Lusaka): Leads PMU, oversees project implementation, liaises with stakeholders, manages risks, and ensures compliance. Requires Master’s degree, 8+ years in donor-funded projects, and leadership skills.
2. Financial Management Specialist (Lusaka): Manages project finances, ensures accurate reporting, and complies with Government/World Bank standards. Needs CPA/ACCA/ZICA, 5+ years in financial management, and analytical skills.
3. Procurement Specialist (Lusaka): Handles procurement processes, ensures World Bank compliance, and monitors contracts. Requires Master’s in Procurement/CIPS, 5+ years in procurement, and transparency.
4. Project Manager (Kalumbila): Oversees Satellite PMU, manages project activities, and engages stakeholders. Needs Master’s in Project Management, 7+ years in development projects, and management skills.
5. Civil Engineer (Kalumbila): Supervises infrastructure construction, ensures quality and compliance. Requires Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 7+ years in construction management, EIZ/ERB registration, and technical skills.
