NFC Africa Mining PLC, an international mining company involved in the development of non-ferrous metals and mineral resources in Zambia, is seeking qualified, innovative, and dynamic individuals for the following positions:

1. Control Room Operator (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• University Degree or Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Production & Operations Management
• Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the mining sector
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Additional:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating Boomer 282, LHD514, TH540, Boltec underground machines
  • Valid MSD Certified Blasting License

2. Artisan Fitter (x2)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Craft Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
• EIZ Membership
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a Concentrator Department

3. Tramming Electrician (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Craft Certificate in Power Electrical
• EIZ Membership
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience

4. Boomer Operator (x4)

5. Boltec Assistant Operator (x2)

6. LHD Operator (x1)

7. TH Operator (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Operating Permit

8. Pickup Driver (x2)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Valid Class C1 Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years’ underground working experience

9. Tramming Workmen (x10)

10. Locomotive Storekeeper (x1)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Minimum 1 year underground working experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: professional certificate
