JOB DETAILS:

Pearl of Health, a reputable healthcare provider, is looking to grow its team by recruiting qualified and dedicated professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Junior Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of senior nurses or clinical officers
• Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist in administering medications and basic treatments
• Maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid practicing license
• Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

2. Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining financial records
• Handle daily accounting tasks including receivables, payables, and reconciliations
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory submissions
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) is an added advantage
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Basic understanding of Zambian financial regulations and tax laws

3. Clinical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary healthcare services, diagnose and treat patients
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist in health education and preventive care programs
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals in managing patient care

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine
• Valid practicing license from the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
