A dynamic and rapidly growing company is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to fill the following positions immediately.
Available Positions:

Production Supervisor (1 Position)
Lead and oversee daily production operations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Supervise and train production staff.
Monitor production schedules and resolve operational issues.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

Electrician (1 Position)
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Chili Filler Operator (2 Positions)
Operate and maintain chili filling machinery.
Ensure accurate filling and packaging of chili products.
Monitor product quality and hygiene standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Bottle Blower (2 Positions)
Operate and monitor bottle-blowing machines to produce high-quality plastic bottles.
Adjust machine settings such as temperature and pressure as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and address technical issues.

Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager (1 Position)
Assist in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Identify potential clients and establish strong customer relationships.
Conduct market research to track trends and competitor activities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare analytical reports.

Sales Representative (2 Positions - Preferably Female)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service.

Bus Ticket Sellers (2 Positions - Lusaka Intercity)
Assist customers with ticket purchases and inquiries at Lusaka Intercity Bus Terminus.
Provide information on bus routes, schedules, and fare prices.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.

Bus Conductors/Clippie (2 Positions)
Assist passengers with boarding and alighting.
Announce stops and provide travel information.
Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
General Requirements for All Positions:
Proven work experience in the relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
