1. Design and Technology Teacher – Secondary School (1 Position)

Location: Rephidim Institute Secondary School

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver instructional lessons in Design and Technology
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in accordance with the national curriculum
• Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Design and Technology or a related field
• At least two (2) years of teaching experience in a recognized secondary school
• Must have traceable references
• Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia is an added advantage

2. Trainee Poultry Attendants – Farm Division (8 Positions)

Location: Rephidim Institute Farm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in poultry house operations including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of birds
• Maintain cleanliness and biosecurity standards within poultry units
• Record daily observations and report issues to supervisors
• Support senior staff in routine farm activities and poultry management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate in General Agriculture from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in poultry farming is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
• Must be physically fit and capable of working in a farm environment

Work Hours: 8
