JOB DETAILS:

The Road Development Agency (RDA) is inviting applications from suitably qualified Zambian citizens to fill the following positions:

1. Finance Directorate

Position: Stores Supervisor (1 Position – Head Office)
Key Duties:

• Inventory control and stock management
• Supervising store operations
• Ensuring accurate records and reporting

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Stores Management or CIPS Level 4
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Valid ZIPS membership

2. Road Maintenance Directorate

Position: Provincial Procurement Officer (5 Positions – Provincial Offices)
Key Duties:

• Procurement of goods, works, and services
• Preparing tenders and reports
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal units

Qualifications:

• Degree in Purchasing & Supply or CIPS Level 5
• 3+ years experience in public procurement
• Valid ZIPS membership

Position: Weighbridge Operator (24 Positions)
Key Duties:

• Operate weighbridge
• Enforce axle weight regulations
• Document and issue fines

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Craft Certificate in Social Science or Technical Field
• Certification in weighbridge operation is an added advantage

3. Procurement Unit

Position: Principal Procurement Officer – Consultancy Services (1 Position – Head Office)
Key Duties:

• Procurement planning and contract negotiation
• Managing consultancy procurement processes

Qualifications:

• Degree in Procurement, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in infrastructure project procurement
• CIPS Level 6 and valid ZIPS membership

4. Corporate Services Directorate

Position: Web/Graphics Designer (1 Position – Head Office)
Key Duties:

• Web and graphics design
• Updating website and social platforms
• UI/UX design

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related
• 3+ years experience in web design
• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JS)
• Must be an ICTAZ member

5. Internal Audit Unit

Position: Senior Internal Auditor (2 Positions – Head Office)
Key Duties:

• Conduct audits and risk reviews
• Evaluate internal controls and report findings

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance + ACCA/CIMA/CA
• 5+ years senior audit experience
• ZICA or IIA membership

Position: Senior Internal Auditor – Technical (1 Position – Head Office)
Key Duties:

• Technical audits in road construction
• Evaluate project compliance and risks

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in technical audit
• Membership with EIZ, ERB, or audit body

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: professional certificate
