1. General Manager (1 Position)

Location: Ndola
Role Summary:
Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the media house. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience in broadcasting, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in organizational growth and innovation.

2. Radio/TV Presenters

Locations & Number of Positions:

• Ndola – 4 positions
• Livingstone – 2 positions
• Chililabombwe – 2 positions

Role Summary:
Energetic and creative individuals who can engage audiences on radio or TV with captivating content. You must be passionate about current affairs, entertainment, or lifestyle programming and able to create a lasting impression.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous on-air experience is an added advantage
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences
• A recorded audition (audio or video) must be included in your application

3. Head of Channel – Radio (1 Position)

Location: Ndola
Role Summary:
Lead and manage the radio programming team. This includes designing compelling content strategies, supervising presenters, and ensuring smooth and innovative radio operations aligned with brand values.

4. News Director (1 Position)

Location: Ndola
Role Summary:
Oversee news content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and timeliness. The ideal candidate should have solid editorial judgment, a strong news background, and experience managing newsroom teams.

5. Drivers

Locations & Number of Positions:

• Ndola – 2 positions
• Chililabombwe – 1 position

Role Summary:
Drive company vehicles safely, transport staff and equipment, and ensure timely deliveries or pickups as assigned. Must have a clean driving record and experience in a professional setting.

Key Requirements:

• A valid driver's license (with at least 2 years since issuance)
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Age: Between 30 and 45 years

Work Hours: 8

Experience: No Requirements

Level of Education: professional certificate
