JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
Woodlands University College is seeking experienced and qualified Nursing Tutors to join our academic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality instruction and mentorship to nursing students, ensuring they are well-prepared for clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical training to nursing students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and course materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise clinical practice and assess students’ clinical competencies.
• Stay updated with current nursing practices and educational trends.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree or higher).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must not be currently employed in any other institution.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• A passion for nursing education and student development.
