Our operations encompass mineral resource exploration, mining, hydrometallurgical processing, sulphuric acid production, mineral trading, and mining investment. Position Overview
The Office Administration & Liaison Assistant will oversee daily office operations and serve as the key communication link between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written English.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with external organizations.
- Manage document submission, collection, and follow-up on routine matters.
- Coordinate office supplies, staff accommodation, cleaning services, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate reliability when handling office affairs.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Provide driving support to the Head of the Lusaka Office as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Diploma or degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, reception, or liaison roles.
- Valid driving licence with a safe driving record.
- Ability to provide driving support to senior management.
- Contactable employment references.
