We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations while providing essential support to our Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities

HR Support & Administration

  • Assist the HR Manager with full-cycle recruitment processes and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date employee files and documentation.
  • Track and notify management of upcoming employee confirmation dates and contract renewals.
  • Process employee leave applications and maintain an updated leave roster to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Order and manage inventory for office supplies and consumables (stationery, kitchen essentials) to prevent stock outs.
  • Ensure the pristine cleanliness and upkeep of the office interior, exterior, and windows.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.
  • Implement and monitor employee health and safety protocols within the workplace.

Fleet & Asset Management

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all company vehicles.
  • Keep meticulous records of vehicle repairs and proactively advise on upcoming maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all company vehicles possess valid road tax and fitness certificates, tracking dates for timely renewals.
  • Monitor insurance coverage for all company assets and alert relevant authorities prior to expiration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Administration.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
