We are currently recruiting for the following positions based in Lusaka:

OFFLOADING & ISSUING SPECIALIST (x4)

Responsibilities or duties:

Oversee the accurate offloading of incoming stock from delivery trucks, verifying quantities against waybills and purchase orders.

Issue goods to customers, drivers, or internal departments using proper documentation (delivery notes, requisition forms).

Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies during offloading and report immediately to the supervisor.

Maintain an organized and safe loading/offloading area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Update inventory records in real-time to reflect all stock movements (receipts and issues).

Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize urgent orders and minimize turnaround time.

Operate manual or mechanical handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as required.
