Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily lab operations and drive efficiency.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and ISO standards.
• Manage and develop lab staff performance.
• Build client relationships and resolve issues.
• Control budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe practices.
• Report on operations and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary Qualification in Microbiology, Biotechnology or Chemistry.
• 5 years’ experience in operations management.
• Knowledge of ISO and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: professional certificate
