JOB DETAILS:

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in distribution and logistics operations is required
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Valid references from previous distribution roles
• Must be proficient in stock management and route planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations
• Coordinate receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of goods
• Ensure all products are distributed on time and in full (OTIF)
• Maintain updated records of inventory and conduct stock checks
• Monitor and manage the distribution fleet and delivery schedules
• Recruit, supervise, and manage operational staff including drivers and loaders
• Implement safety and quality control measures in warehouse and logistics operations
• Improve supply chain processes and reduce costs through efficiency
• Track daily and weekly operational performance and report to management
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly
