Order Processing Assistants – Role and Requirements

Order Processing Assistants play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are managed efficiently and accurately. Ideal candidates will have previous work experience and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities under pressure.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Previous work experience is essential
• Experience in customer service, cashiering, restaurant operations, or order processing is highly advantageous
• Comfortable using technology such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, online payment systems, and delivery applications
