Job Summary:

Under the immediate supervision of the School Management, the Paediatric Physiotherapist supports the physical, motor, sensory, and functional development of children with diverse learning and developmental needs. The therapist provides assessment, individualised therapy planning, and evidence-based intervention within a safe, structured, and child-centred environment. They collaborate closely with teachers, parents/guardians, and relevant specialists to ensure consistent support across school and home settings. The therapist observes, documents, and reports on each child’s progress, strengths, and areas of need, with a focus on improving mobility, independence, participation in learning, and overall quality of life within the school environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification in Paediatric Physiotherapy.
  • Valid professional registration with the relevant health regulatory authority.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, sensory challenges, or physical disabilities.
  • Minimum age of 25 years.
  • A committed Christian, with a clear and consistent Christian life testimony of at least five (5) years.
  • Teachable, dependable, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and family-engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop individualised therapy plans, maintain accurate progress records, and uphold professional ethics and child-safeguarding standards.
