Part-Time Faculty in Business – Unicaf University Zambia
Unicaf University is an independent, accredited university, offering high-quality internationally recognized qualifications, combining the best elements of online education.
As part of our continued growth in Zambia, we are seeking qualified and experienced academics to join our team as Part-Time Faculty in the following areas:
- Occupational Health and Safety Management
- Hospitality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Project Management
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Deliver engaging face-to-face tutorials and online teaching sessions.
- Facilitate learning through the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
- Maintain regular communication with students via email and the VLE.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive academic feedback.
- Assess and grade assignments in accordance with university policies and quality standards.
- Support students throughout their learning journey to promote academic success.
- Undertake relevant academic and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master’s degree or above).
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- ZAQA-certified academic qualifications (a scanned copy of the ZAQA certificate must be available).
- Proven experience teaching at a higher education institution.
- Strong commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.
- Experience in online teaching and learning will be considered an advantage.
