Part-Time Faculty in Business – Unicaf University Zambia

As part of our continued growth in Zambia, we are seeking qualified and experienced academics to join our team as Part-Time Faculty in the following areas:

• Occupational Health and Safety Management
• Hospitality Management
• Human Resource Management
• Project Management

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Deliver engaging face-to-face tutorials and online teaching sessions.
• Facilitate learning through the University’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Maintain regular communication with students via email and the VLE.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive academic feedback.
• Assess and grade assignments in accordance with university policies and quality standards.
• Support students throughout their learning journey to promote academic success.
• Undertake relevant academic and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A relevant postgraduate qualification (Master’s degree or above).
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• ZAQA-certified academic qualifications (a scanned copy of the ZAQA certificate must be available).
• Proven experience teaching at a higher education institution.
• Strong commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.
• Experience in online teaching and learning will be considered an advantage.
