PARTNERSHIP MANAGER – AGENCY NETWORKS

Reports to: Chief Partnership Officer | 1 Position

Build strategic relationships with investment agencies, broker-dealers and advisory networks to grow revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage agency, wealth management and institutional distribution partnerships.
• Lead partner due diligence, negotiation, contracting and onboarding.
• Drive partner productivity, client acquisition, inflows and revenue.
• Provide product training and sales support; coordinate joint marketing.
• Track, forecast and report partnership-channel performance.

Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field. A Master’s is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
