About the Partnership Officer Role
Reporting directly to the Partnership Manager, the Partnership Officers will play a key role in supporting partnership and business development initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for partner research, onboarding, market analysis, and monitoring partnership performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities for Partnership Officer Jobs in Zambia
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, coordinating their onboarding and activation processes.
- Maintain consistent engagement with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership briefs to support business development efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research and monitor competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Analyze partnership performance against established KPIs and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance market visibility.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, market intelligence, and report writing.
