Are you a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented pastry chef looking to showcase your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment? Lolebezi Safari Lodge seeks a talented Pastry Chef to join our Kitchen and lead the creation of exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight and inspire.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked treats.
• Manage inventory and cost control for pastry ingredients.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and elevate offerings

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification in food production.
• At least 2-3 years proven experience as a pastry chef.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating styles
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the art of pastry
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24
