Payroll Administrator

Job Purpose

Manage employee payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll.
  • Maintain payroll records.
  • Calculate overtime and deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, or Business.
  • Payroll software knowledge.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Interested candidates shall submit written applications together with Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) certified copies of their Grade 12 results and a certified copy of their National Registration Card (NRC).
  • Relevant Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in the respective Field
  • Valid Silicosis
