B-ne Innovations Limited is seeking ambitious and results-oriented professionals to join our team as PECB Training Sales Representatives. In this role, you will promote globally recognized PECB-certified training programs to corporates, government institutions, NGOs, and individual professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across corporate, government, and NGO sectors
  • Present and promote PECB training programs with accuracy and professionalism
  • Generate, manage, and track leads through consistent follow-ups
  • Meet weekly outreach and reporting targets
  • Collaborate with the company to support deal conversion and closure

Compensation Structure

  • Commission-based engagement

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
