We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Content Creator & Pharmacy Support Assistant to join our team.

This is a versatile role supporting operations across Wappo Fitness and Pharmville Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Wappo Fitness

• Assist with scheduling, client communication and day-to-day tasks.
• Accompany the CEO during fitness studio hours and provide general support.
• Capture basic photos and short videos for social media content.
• Assist with simple captions and documenting workouts or studio activities.
• Help organise fitness equipment and prepare for sessions.

Pharmville Pharmacy

• Process customer payments and issue receipts at the pharmacy.
• Assist with stock taking, inventory counts and checking expiry dates.
• Report low-stock items and help keep the checkout area organised.

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Comfortable working between a fitness studio and pharmacy.
• Basic smartphone photography and video skills.
• Comfortable creating simple social media content.
• Able to handle cashier duties accurately.
• Willing to assist with stock counts and follow instructions.
• Flexible with morning and afternoon working hours.
• Able to travel between Wappo Fit and Pharmville Pharmacy when required.
• Should own a laptop and smart phone
