The Council of Mulungushi University is an equal opportunity employer and is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:

Job purpose:

To teach, conduct research, and carry out academic-related responsibilities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) Credits that must include English Language and Mathematics

Must have an earned Bachelor’s degree of Science in Physics with a Merit or better from a recognised and reputable University

Must have an earned Master’s degree of Science in Physics with a taught component from a recognised and reputable University

An earned PhD degree of Science in Physics will be an added advantage

Must have functional computer literacy skills

Must have competence in using e-learning platforms and ICT in teaching

Must have proof of research and publications

Must have a diploma in Teaching Methodology from a recognized Institution

Experience needed

Teaching experience at University level will also be an added advantage

Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)

Must have a valid membership with a relevant professional body in Zambia

NOTE: IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOUR CERTIFICATES ARE VALIDATED BY THE ZAMBIA QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY (ZAQA)

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
