A reputable organization in Lusaka is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide specialized home physiotherapy services.
Location: Civic Center, Lusaka
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver home-based physiotherapy to a child under 2 years with developmental challenges due to jaundice.
- Assess and develop tailored treatment plans to support the child’s physical development.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet the child’s evolving needs.
- Collaborate with family members to ensure effective care and provide guidance on home exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions and progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Physiotherapist (students not eligible).
- Deep understanding of childhood development and experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage sensitively with young children and their families.
- Valid registration with the relevant professional body in Zambia.
Salary: K3,000 per month.
