JOB DETAILS:

JOB OPPORTUNITY - POULTRY ATTENDANTS

Location: Ndola, Copperbelt Province

Reporting to: Farm Supervisor

Quantum Leap Farms is seeking hardworking and reliable Poultry Attendants to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the daily care, feeding, and management of poultry to ensure optimal health and production.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Grade 12 Certificate

2. Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or local languages

3. Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in the poultry industry

4. Any tertiary agricultural-related qualification will be an added advantage

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Feeding and watering of birds according to schedules
• Cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses and equipment
• Monitoring flock health and reporting any abnormalities
• Egg collection, grading, and recording
• Maintaining biosecurity standards on the farm

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
