Key Responsibilities

Review client RFPs/RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.

Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, including compliance matrices, construction methodology, work programmes, organization charts, and safety plans.

Coordinate site surveys and assessments, including topographical information, geotechnical report reviews, access constraints, and telecom tower location validation.

Prepare detailed BOQs and material take-offs for excavation, concrete, reinforcement steel, tower erection, fencing, earthing, and related civil works.

Develop cost estimates and pricing schedules in coordination with Procurement and Finance.

Support tender clarifications, client presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering.

5–8 years of relevant civil construction experience involving telecommunications towers, transmission lines, and substations.

Advanced or expert proficiency in AutoCAD.

Experience with STAAD.Pro and/or MS Tower; PLS-CADD and/or PLS-Pole for transmission-line work.
