Overview:
The Learning Ladder is in search of dedicated Primary School Teachers committed to delivering high-quality education aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Engage with parents and the school community to support student development.
- Uphold the school’s commitment to child safeguarding and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Education or a related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable international-standard school.
- Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practicing license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom is an advantage.
