Qualified bidders are invited to submit tender offers (bids) for providing a Conference package. The package should include a conference room equipped with essential facilities, such as a projector, flip chart stand, and stationery. Additionally, the package should cover lunch and refreshments for participants. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement for two years, with the possibility of extension, with qualified bidders to deliver these services in Lusaka, Lusaka Province.

The successful bidder will be responsible for providing:

A conference room equipped with a projector, flip chart stand, and necessary stationery.
Lunch and refreshments for participants.

Qualification Criteria:

Signed and stamped Annex 1: Eligibility Sworn Statement.
Signed and stamped filled Annex 2: PIN Quotation Form for Conference Services.
Valid business license/registration.
Latest valid 2025 Tax Clearance Certificate.
Conference venue must be located in Lusaka, Zambia.
