Responsibilities or duties

Responsible for the acquisition of goods and services required by the hotel. Duties include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies. The Procurement Officer will also manage inventory levels, monitor market trends, and ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in a transparent, cost-effective manner and in compliance with the hotel’s policies.
