JOB DETAILS:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods, services, and materials required by Zamtel Money. This role ensures that procurement activities are carried out in a timely, cost-effective, and ethical manner while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 School certificate of equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Professional Registration:
CPSM / CPP / CIPS certification ,Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and supply
Minimum Experience:
3–5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role
Key Skills:
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa). Familiarity with contract law, sourcing strategies, and procurement best practices.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
