We are looking for a Procurements Officer to join our team.

• Source suppliers, obtain and evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Track orders from PO to delivery, coordinate logistics, and expedite urgent items to avoid delays.
• Maintaining procurement records.
• Supporting stock control, and reporting on supplier performance.
• Provide regular reports on outstanding orders, lead times, and spend vs budget.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Professional integrity and ability to follow procurement procedures and approval limits.
• Able to drive with a valid drivers licence.

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Purchasing & Supply, Procurement & logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years in Procurement experience, preferably in a construction/engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, plant hire, and supplier markets.
