Oasis of Elegance is an executive salon and spa dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty and wellness experiences in a luxurious, client-focused environment in Lusaka Ibex. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Salon & Spa Manager and a professional barber.

Roles Available

• Salon & Spa Manager
• Professional Barber

Key Responsibilities

• Manager: Oversee operations, lead staff, drive sales, manage bookings & stock, ensure service quality
• Barber: Provide quality cuts/shaves, maintain hygiene, deliver great customer service, build client base

Requirements

• Manager: Experience in salon/spa/hospitality, leadership skills, strong sales & marketing (incl. client acquisition & promotions)
• Barber: Proven skills, good customer service, basic marketing to attract/retain clients

Qualifications

• Manager: 3–5 years’ experience preferred, Relevant beauty or wellness certifications, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Barber: 1–3 years’ experience; certification is a plus

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
