Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience
• At least 10 years experience on similar large-scale road works
• Registered member of a recognized engineering professional body

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the project
• Ensure delivery within cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Manage contract administration (FIDIC or equivalent) including variations, claims, and payment certificates
• Lead project planning, scheduling, reporting, and risk management
• Oversee stakeholder coordination with government, communities, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Supervise and mentor project teams, including capacity building for local staff
