Job Overview:
We are hiring a Project Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of capital and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage contractors and consultants to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to align project objectives
• Track progress, generate reports, and communicate with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the mining or industrial sector
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and budgeting skills
• Familiar with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
