Background
The candidate will be responsible for the installation and implementation of Oracle ERP/EAM at a major organisation in Zambia.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the installation and implementation of Oracle ERP/EAM at a major organisation in Zambia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method - OUM)
- Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience
- 10+ years managing ERP projects, including Oracle Cloud ERP
- Proven experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines
- Track record of successful Oracle ERP go-lives
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
